ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
OEM & PRIVATE LABEL
We offer OEM and Private Label manufacturing services. Clients are responsible for providing accurate logos, designs and specifications. We are not liable for any infringement issues on submitted material.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct measurements, designs and requirements.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method and customs clearance. RICHCO INDUSTRY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
QUALITY & WARRANTY
We are committed to providing premium quality products. If any manufacturing defect is found, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
RETURN & REFUND
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items according to our Returns & Exchange Policy. Custom and personalized items may not be eligible for return or refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
